Supports cardiovascular health, cellular energy production, and antioxidant support (88).
Supports the prevention of peroxidative damage to cell membranes and reduces oxidative damage to blood vessels (88).

How can CoQ10 help me?*
CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant and necessary for the growth and maintenance of cells. It is found naturally in the body, but just like anything else, as the body ages, we tend to lose the compound. CoQ10 levels have also been found to be lower in people with certain diseases, such as heart disease, and those taking cholesterol medications, such as "statins".
CoQ10 is also found in certain foods such as, nuts, fish and meats. The amount needed, however, isn't enough to significantly increase your CoQ10 levels in the body.
Research suggests that CoQ10 can help reduce blood pressure, improve symptoms of congestive heart failure (CHF), and decrease LDL and total cholesterol levels in people with diabetes. Some research even suggests that it can decrease the frequency of migraines. Because CoQ10 aids in the production of energy, it is also believed that it can improve your physical performance.*

CoQ10 FAQs
Both are the true forms of CoQ10 and are often used interchangeably. The main difference is in the chemistry makeup. Ubiquinol is the reduced form of CoQ10 and Ubiquinone is the oxidized form. Remember that CoQ10 occurs naturally in the body. So when you take a ubiquinone supplement your body converts it to ubiquinol and back again. Regardless of the form, your body will convert it to the form that is needed. Research has not proven one to be better than the other. Ubiquinone has been on the market longer, hence, the majority of the clinical trials are based on Ubiquinone.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) helps to convert ingested food into energy. It is found in almost every cell in the body and is a powerful antioxidant. It has also been shown to improve symptoms that are associated with congestive heart failure (CHF).
For best results take 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8oz of water, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
